Here’s a quick recap and some of our thoughts on 2025’s best-selling clubs. As always, since inception, we only sell products we believe in—from brands we know you will love.
Shafts
Another clean sweep for Fujikura golf shafts in 2025. Just like 2024, the Fujikura Ventus Blue w/ Velocore+ was our best-selling shaft once again. Second was the Ventus Black w/ Velocore+, followed by the 2024 Ventus Red w/ Velocore+ in third.
An honorable mention goes to the Ventus TR Blue, which has us very excited for the new 2026 TR Blue w/ Velocore+. Based on what we’re seeing, this shaft has the potential to be a record seller for us. It will be hard to beat in 2026, in our opinion. We also continued to sell a LOT of the OG Ventus Black, and we’re hoping it remains in the lineup for at least a few more years... Especially as popular as this shaft still is on tour.
The new 2025 Fujikura Ventus Hybrid w/ Velocore+ was our best-selling hybrid shaft, followed by the OG Fujikura Ventus Hybrid. Rounding out the top three was the new Graphite Design DI Black Hybrid—pretty impressive with less than a month of sales. Maybe this shaft will give the Ventus line some competition in 2026?
Fujikura’s Axiom graphite iron shaft continued to dominate our iron builds. For three years in a row, it has been our best-selling iron shaft not just in graphite. This is very telling when you consider the performance of this shaft and the caliber golfer of our customer base. Second was the tried-and-true True Temper Tour Issue S400 and X100, with Black Onyx sales really helping fuel its success. Third place went to Nippon Modus, which continues to be a strong seller with a weight option for everyone.
Putter Shafts
In the putter shaft category, KBS Matte Black performed extremely well in 2025. Our new .390 Matte and Gloss Black Steel shafts also did very well, especially in the Limited Black Phantom putters. The Accra Sync continued to perform strongly and was our second best-selling putter shaft. Rounding out third was the VA Vylyn, which also had a solid year.

Drivers
In the driver category, our runaway best seller in 2025 was the Titleist GT line, with the GT2 being the most popular of the four models. Second place went to the TaylorMade Qi35. While overall popularity was down compared to past years, the Tour Only heads, especially the Tour Only Dot head, really helped fuel sales. I’d be very surprised if TaylorMade doesn’t regain the throne based on early feedback we’re hearing on the new Qi4D. Third place was the Ping G440, with the LST being the most popular among our customer base. The limited run of 7.5° heads really helped drive demand.
Honorable mention goes to the Callaway Elyte, which was much more popular than previous generations—especially the TD Max, which did very well for us. The new Cobra DS Adapt also outperformed past generations, and we’re excited to see Cobra continue building on this platform.
2026 will be a very interesting year. I really wish OEMs would slow down their product cycles. In my personal opinion the Qi4D and Quantum should stay in the lineup for a couple of years with limited paint schemes and options added in 2027 but I doubt that will happen. Ping and Titleist have this figured out, introducing exciting new clubs without replacing the entire lineup every year.
Mini Drivers
We added a new category for 2026: Mini Drivers. These have become extremely popular on tour and with our customer base. The Titleist GT 280 Mini dominated this category. As niche as it is, we sold over 50 of these. Second place was the Taylormade r7 Quad, and we’re excited to see TaylorMade keep it in the lineup for 2025 while adding a new 15.5° loft. Third place went to the Callaway Elyte Mini. I’m sure we’ll see Cobra and Ping join the Mini Driver movement sooner rather than later...
Fairway Woods
No surprise here, the Tour Issue Qi35 was our best-selling fairway wood of 2025, fueled largely by the Tour Only Glued Hosel head, which dominated on tour and was TaylorMade’s most popular head among tour players. Second place was the Ping G440, especially the 4 and 7 woods. Third was the Titleist GT, with the addition of the GT1 Tour being especially popular. An interesting fact I learned this year: the GT1 is the most popular Titleist fairway wood on tour, which surprises most people. Another interesting piece of insider information is just how popular 7 and 9 woods have become! I’ve sold more 7-woods in the past year than in my previous 15+ years in business combined and i dont see that slowing down anytime soon...
Irons
In the iron category, the Titleist Gen 4 T-Series dominated our 2025 sales. Second was the Miura TC-202, which continued to perform very well. We’re happy to see the Miura lineup remain unchanged for 2026, with the addition of some limited finishes that we’ll be sharing in our next blog. Third place was Mizuno Pro. With the addition of the new MP-13 and MP-15, I have a hunch these will be our most popular irons of 2026 based on early sales.
Honorable mention goes to the Srixon ZXi5. Maybe the rumored 2026 Black Srixon iron will shake things up—what do you think? We were also very surprised by how many sets of the new Cobra 3DP irons we sold—nearly 50 sets in 2025. The price point is tough, no doubt about it, but with the launch of the MB and X irons in 2026, we wouldn’t be surprised to see Cobra break into our top three for the first time.
Utility Irons
In the utility category, the new Titleist T250 impressed our customers and took the top spot, followed by the U505. Both pair extremely well in iron builds. Third was the Srixon ZXi Utility, which continued to be a popular choice.
Honorable mention goes to the Ping iDi—with a full year of sales, we expect it to break into the list next year. Another up-and-comer was the Mizuno Fli-Hi. The new 2026 version should impress and performs very well.
Wedges
In the wedge category, the Titleist SM10 dominated 2025—especially the SM10 Raw, with over 200 Raw wedges sold. Based on the early looks of the SM11, I don’t see that changing in 2026. Second place went to the new Miura Forged wedge. With two grinds and three finishes, there’s truly something for everyone. Rounding out third was the Cleveland RTZ Tour Rack, which continued to be a strong performer.
As always, everything from Peoples Golf is custom built in-house with your choice of shaft, ferrule, and grip—also with stamping, paint fill, and custom grinds available now. Custom-built is what we do!
Ferrules & Miscellaneous
In the ferrule category, Boyd Blade & Ferrule Co. continued to dominate our builds. Serape was our best seller in 2025, followed by White Lightning. Third was Rico, which has been so popular of course we’re currently sold out—but more are coming. Honorable mentions go to Delores and White Widow Gold.
A few other interesting tidbits:
We sold nearly 50 Mystery Boxes in 2025—far more than expected. The Iron Box sold out in the first week, followed by the TSP Box the next week. Rest assured, these will be back for the 2026 holiday season, hopefully in even bigger form. Finally, we sold over 150 Left Dot Pro V1s in about two days—nuts. We’d love to see this ball make it to retail.
Thanks for reading—we truly appreciate your continued support. 2026 is shaping up to be a record year with some excellent clubs on the way. We also revamped TPC and then launched a new website in 2025, TourIssueClubs.com, where you can learn more about the differences between retail and tour-issue clubs.
We’re headed to the PGA Show and will be bringing you insider information on new offerings and limited releases. Wishing you all the best in 2026.
