We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. If something doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Important: This is not a trial program where you buy multiple items and return what doesn't work. We lose money on all returns.
Every club is custom-built to your specifications. If something is wrong or doesn't meet expectations, we will always make it right.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns to cover the cost of custom building and processing.
All sales are final. Our satisfaction guarantee policy does not apply if a coupon or sale is involved.
Due to the nature of discounted pricing, items purchased on sale or with a coupon code cannot be returned.
Every club we sell comes with a full one-year warranty covering the club itself and the installation. We're the only company in the business to warranty tour clubs.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
