2024 was another great year at Peoples Golf, in fact, another record year at both The Peoples Clubs and Tour Stock Putters. Here's a quick recap and some of our thoughts on 2024s best selling clubs. As always at Peoples Golf everything we sell is custom built in house with the shaft, ferrule and grip of your choice and comes with our satisfaction guarantee. The new for 2024 Fujikura Ventus Blue with Velocore+ dominated our shaft sales. We sold nearly 500 of these in 2024 and the feedback has been absolutely phenomenal. No surprise to us the 2024 Ventus Black placed 2nd, this low launching/spinning profile has always been very popular for our customer base. Just like we had predicted the new Graphite Design VF rounded out the top 3. Honorable mention was the entire Ventus TR lineup, they were our 4th, 5th, and 6th best selling shafts. Blue TR, Black TR and then the Red TR. As always Fujikura continues its dominance on tour. In 2024 Fujikura was the #1 driver and wood shaft at EVERY PGA Tour event, let that sink in for a minute…
For a third year in a row the Fujikura Ventus Hybrid was our best selling hybrid shaft. Rumor has it there’s a new Fujikura Hybrid shaft being released in early 2025... Maybe a TR Ventus Hybrid? Or will it be the new Velocore+? 2nd place, the Graphite Design VF Hybrid shaft, which was released in April, quickly became one of our favorite low launch/spin hybrid shafts. Finally the Graphite Design DI Hybrid, some 20 years later, continues to be a great option for a customer looking for a higher launch.
Fujikura’s Axiom graphite iron shaft continues to reign our iron builds, we sold well over 500 of these and they were used in over 50% off our iron builds in 2024. The taper tip option has also been very nice, the only downside is the demand was so strong these were on and off backorder all year long, in fact the 105S is currently… The True Temper Dynamic Gold Black Onyx was our 2nd best selling iron shaft. We do a ton of these in wedges… A first for VA shafts, their Raijin 2.0 graphite iron shaft broke into our best selling list!
The Accra Sync was our best selling putter shaft, that price point is where a putter shaft should be in our opinion… The BGT Stability continues to be a great seller for us and took 2nd place in 2024. As well as the LA Golf P Series which continues to be a popular choice. Honorable mention was the new VA Shafts Vylyn, this shaft sold very well with just a limited year of sales. Back in control of our 2024 Driver sales was the Tour Issue Taylormade Qi10. We sold nearly 400 of these in 2024, this has us even more excited about the upcoming Qi35, especially seeing how there is a Dot/V2 again on the USGA list this year. If you are interested in getting on our waiting list please email us. Once again, Callaway, with their Ai Smoke Paradym was very popular with our customer base. Especially the TD Max, in fact, we sold over 40 of that model last year, and are excited to see the TD Max Elyte on tour in 2025. Finally, the Ping G430 line continued to do exceptionally well for us, we are stoked for the new Ping 440 line! Honorable mention was the newly released Titleist GT driver, we fully expect these to be on our best selling list of 2025 (This driver is really good.)
Continuing its dominance the Taylormade Tour Issue Qi10 Fairway was our best selling Fairway in 2024. This was fueled by the tour only lofts, 13.5, 16.5, and 20.5 and the V-Steel which flourished on tour this past year. Followed by the Ping G430 which continued its superiority. With the launch of an LST 5 wood in 2025 do you think the Ping G440 can take over our top spot? Finally, the Callaway AI Smoke Paradym was our 3rd best selling fairway wood in 2024.
In the iron category the Srixon ZX MK2 line crushed again this year and was our best selling iron. This is the 3rd year in a row Srixon ZX series has led our best selling irons. Surprisingly the ZX5 was the most popular model in 2024, however we sold tons of combos sets. Our second best selling iron of 2024 was the Titleist T Series. Interestingly enough the T200 and T150 were our most popular models. The T350 has really picked up steam, especially with our seniors who are looking to pick up some distance. We’ve seen quite a few customers pick up 15 yards and a good bit of forgiveness with this new Titleist T350. The newly released Miura IC 602 rounded out our top 3. Honorable mentions were the Blueprint S, and the Miura KM-700. P.S. More Oil Can KM-700 sets coming!!!
Again, in 2024 The Srixon ZX Utility was our best selling Utility Iron. These ZX utilities are just so hard to beat with their hot face and forgiving looks. The Titleist T200 Utility also impressed both us and our customer base in 2024 and took over the 2nd spot. For the first time ever, the Ping iCrossover broke into our top 3! As always these are all available with both graphite or steel shafts and will come fully built in house to your desired specifications.
For the 3rd year in a row, the Cleveland RTX was our best selling wedge. Its such a good wedge it makes you wonder if the new RTZ will live up to the hype? Our second best selling wedge was the Titleist SM10, in particular the raw SM10, and the A+ and K* grind which were previously only available on tour. Finally, the newly released Miura Forged series rounded out our top 3 best selling wedges. Honorable mention is the new Callaway Opus. As always everything from Peoples Golf comes custom built in house with the shaft, ferrule and grip of your choice. With stamping, paint fill and custom grinds available as well.
In the ferrule category, the Boyd Blade and Ferrule Co. continued to impress us, in fact over 50% of our builds in 2024 featured them! Our number 1 ferrule for a second year in a row was the White Lightning. Second, was the gorgeous Serape. Finally, the White Widow Gold rounded out our top 3.
