One of the most talked about clubs of 2021, the Callaway Apex UW was created with help from Phil Mickelson and Xander Schauffele. The Apex UW is designed to be just as its name states...a Utility Wood. This club is made to use off of the tee, in the fairway, and in the rough, providing a triple-threat opportunity for your bag.
Per Callaway's website, the Apex UW's features include: "Tour Inspired Compact, Workable Shape & Optimized Length", "High Launch, Consistent Control, and Tigher Dispersion", as well as "High Velocity Ball Speeds". Callaway has used their A.I. Velocity Blades to help create more speed when the ball is hit lower on the face. The UW has a neutral Center of Gravity that reduces draw bias and measures 17% tighter in dispersion vs. the Apex Pro 19 Hybrid.
